What is your hourly rate?
My hourly rate is £18, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
What are the first steps when booking the service?
For all clients who would like a regular cleaning/housekeeping service, I will come to your home for an initial meeting to discuss all your requirements.
If you're happy, you can then book your slot for a day and time convenient for you.
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
I am DBS checked for your peace of mind. As long as you're comfortable, I'm happy to clean when you're out of the house. However, it is also fine to be home during the clean if this is most convenient.
Do I have to commit to a regular clean/housekeeping service?
No, I offer both a one-off and regular service. Regular services can be either weekly or once per fortnight.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, including £1m public liability insurance.
